At Curated Collections, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following return policy for all purchases:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- If the item was received as a gift, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase.
3. Return Process:
- Bring the item to our store at 2010 FM 2673, Canyon Lake, Texas, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
4. Store Credit Issuance:
- Approved returns will be issued store credit only, which can be used for future purchases at Curated Collections.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or a digital credit applied to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for store credit:
- Sale items and clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Resale items
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit for the defective item.
7. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for store credit and use the credit to purchase the desired item.
8. Additional Information:
- Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time for future purchases.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Resale Items:
- Resale items are not eligible for returns or store credit. All sales of resale items are final.
